Really close to finishing up this dial. Some initial sanding on the base before putting it all together. The bear was just a casual observer
progress is relative
Gave the leaves a bit of life with some localized torch work. Got the stems attached. Tomorrow is weld clean up up day before the stems are posted through the bottom plate and butt welded. Apologies for the cluttered COVID bench.
